Tottenham Hotspur are preparing for a huge summer rebuild under Roberto De Zerbi, with five players already agreeing to join or remain at the club.
After back-to-back 17th-place finishes, Spurs have identified the need for greater experience, leadership, and quality throughout the squad. As part of that plan, free-transfer deals for Andy Robertson and Marcos Senesi have already been secured, while veteran defender Ben Davies has agreed to extend his stay in North London.
Joao Palhinha is also keen on a permanent return after a successful loan spell, with Fabrizio Romano confirming that the midfielder is prioritising Tottenham despite interest from Sporting CP. Spurs hold an option to sign him permanently from Bayern Munich for around £26 million.
Meanwhile, Tottenham are stepping up their pursuit of Manchester City winger Savinho. The Brazilian was open to joining Spurs last year and remains interested in the move, with Romano revealing that talks are ongoing as De Zerbi looks to strengthen his attacking options ahead of the new season.
With multiple deals progressing and key targets keen on the project, Tottenham’s summer transfer window is shaping up to be one of the most important in the club’s recent history.
