Despite securing their Premier League survival and avoiding a major squad clear-out, Tottenham Hotspur are still expected to oversee several departures this summer.
A number of players have recently been linked with exits from north London, including Luka Vuskovic and Lucas Bergvall, both of whom are reportedly seeking more regular first-team opportunities as Spurs continue to strengthen under Roberto De Zerbi.
According to reports, De Zerbi has now approved the departure of winger Manor Solomon. The Israeli international spent last season on loan at Fiorentina, where he played a key role in helping the club retain its Serie A status.
It is understood that Solomon has been informed he is not part of Tottenham’s plans for the upcoming campaign and has therefore been given permission to find a new club during the summer transfer window.
Since joining Spurs in 2023, Solomon has struggled for consistent opportunities, making only six starts for the club.
Tottenham are believed to value the winger at around £8.5 million, a fee that could contribute towards the club’s ongoing rebuild. Fiorentina remain interested in signing him permanently but are reportedly reluctant to meet that valuation, instead hoping to negotiate a lower price.
While Solomon’s agent, Gilad Katza, has previously suggested a return to Florence remains possible and has not completely ruled out a future at Tottenham, De Zerbi’s decision appears to have made the winger’s path clear, with a move away from north London looking increasingly likely.
