Fabrizio Romano confirms key decision as Liverpool’s Bradley Barcola pursuit takes fresh twis
Bradley Barcola has reportedly decided against signing a new contract with Paris Saint-Germain, with Fabrizio Romano confirming the decision.

According to Romano’s latest update on X, Liverpool continue to view the French winger as their top transfer priority this summer.
Romano had previously stated on his YouTube channel that Barcola has been Liverpool’s “top, top, top target” for several months. He has now reiterated that the 22-year-old will not extend his stay at PSG, potentially handing the Reds a significant boost in their pursuit.
Romano wrote:
“BREAKING: Bradley Barcola will NOT sign new deal at Paris Saint-Germain, the decision is confirmed. As always reported, he’s open to exploring a move this summer and will NOT sign new contract. Liverpool have Barcola on top of their list.”

Barcola could play a key role in Liverpool’s new-look attack
Liverpool are expected to strengthen their forward line following the departure of club icon Mohamed Salah, whose exit has left a huge gap in the squad.

Replacing a player of Salah’s quality and influence will be a major challenge, but Barcola is regarded as one of Europe’s brightest young attackers. His pace, creativity, and potential make him an exciting option for the Reds as they begin a new chapter.
Although Barcola mainly plays on the left wing, meaning Liverpool would still need another option on the right side of their attack, signing him would represent a major step toward rebuilding their frontline for the future.
