Tottenham will be without Pedro Porro when they travel to Anfield for their Carabao Cup third-round meeting with Liverpool. The right-back remains unavailable after missing Saturday’s goalless Premier League draw against Everton.
There is some positive news for Spurs, though, as Destiny Udogie has been declared fit and available for selection. Manager Roberto De Zerbi confirmed that Udogie can feature in the cup tie.
Dejan Kulusevski is another absentee, with the Swedish midfielder still unavailable for selection.
Meanwhile, Richarlison’s situation remains unchanged. Despite the match being a Carabao Cup fixture rather than a Premier League game, De Zerbi indicated that the Brazilian’s exclusion from the first-team squad has not changed.
De Zerbi’s update was clear: “Kulusevski is not available. Pedro is still not available. Udogie, yes.”
So, Tottenham head into the Liverpool clash with Porro and Kulusevski ruled out, Udogie available, and Richarlison still absent.
