Watford Receive Major Injury Boost as Dionisi Confirms Positive News

BREAKING: Alessio Dionisi Provides Positive Watford Fitness Update

Watford have received a welcome boost on the injury front after head coach Alessio Dionisi confirmed that several first-team players have returned to training following the international break.

The Hornets have struggled with injuries this season, leaving the manager with limited options during recent fixtures. However, the return of several players has given the Italian coach more choices as he looks to improve the team’s performances.

Soumaila Coulibaly, Jordan Zemura, Martin Payero, Omar Traore, Marc Bola and Travis Akomeah have all returned to training after continuing their recovery programmes during the break.

Watford have also been boosted by the arrival of new signing Krepin Diatta, who is available for selection as he works towards regaining full match fitness.

Dionisi expressed his satisfaction with the increased number of players available, explaining that having more members of the squad back in training would improve competition and give the coaching staff greater flexibility.

The manager, however, warned that the returning players would need time to regain their fitness. Although their availability is encouraging, they are not yet ready to play a full 90 minutes.

Watford will therefore have to manage their involvement carefully to ensure they recover properly and avoid unnecessary setbacks.

Meanwhile, Edoardo Bove, Jeremy Ngakia and Kwadwo Baah remain unavailable. Dionisi indicated that the trio could return after the next international break in November.

The latest developments come at an important time for Watford, who are eager to put their disappointing results behind them and regain momentum in the Championship.

With more players returning to training, the Hornets will hope their improved squad depth can help them produce better performances in the matches ahead.

Although several players are still working towards full fitness, the latest update offers Watford supporters renewed hope that the team’s injury problems could gradually ease.
