US Open Draw Revealed: Tough Test for Chwalińska as Świątek Could Face Rybakina!

The draw for the upcoming US Open has produced some exciting possibilities for Poland’s leading tennis players, with Maja Chwalińska facing a particularly difficult route through the tournament.

Chwalińska could be heading towards a major clash with one of the top players in women’s tennis as the competition progresses. Her section of the draw presents several serious challenges, meaning she will need to produce some of her best tennis if she is to make a deep run in New York.

Meanwhile, Iga Świątek has learned what her path could look like at the tournament. The Polish star is set to open her campaign against China’s Xiyu Wang, while a potential showdown with Elena Rybakina could await later in the competition.

Świątek enters the US Open as the eighth seed and finds herself in a competitive half of the draw that also includes strong contenders such as Rybakina and Coco Gauff. Her recent form, however, gives her plenty of reason for confidence after a strong North American hard-court swing.

For Chwalińska, the draw appears more demanding, with the possibility of facing world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka in the later stages. The Polish player will therefore have a difficult challenge ahead as she looks to continue her progress on one of tennis’ biggest stages.

The other Polish representatives, including Magda Linette and Magdalena Fręch, have also discovered their potential opponents, adding further interest for Polish tennis fans ahead of the start of the US Open.
