Tottenham hit by major injury blow ahead of Liverpool clash
Tottenham Hotspur will be without several key players when they travel to Anfield to face Liverpool tonight in the Carabao Cup.
Roberto De Zerbi has confirmed that Sandro Tonali, Pedro Porro and Dejan Kulusevski will not be available for selection. Mykhailo Mudryk, Xavi Simons and Wilson Odobert are also sidelined, while Richarlison remains unavailable after being left out of Tottenham’s Premier League squad.
That leaves Spurs without seven first-team players for the difficult trip to Anfield.
There is some positive news, however, with Destiny Udogie available for selection after returning to the squad.
Tottenham will now have to rely on their available players as De Zerbi looks to guide his side into the next round despite the growing injury and squad concerns.
