Sharon Stone’s ex-husband Phil Bronstein is a journalist and editor.

The 72-year-old is best known for his work as a war correspondent and investigative journalist.

He was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for his reporting on the fall of Philippine dictator Ferdinand Marcos in 1986.

He is also the executive chair of the board for the Center for Investigative Reporting in California.

Bronstein’s past positions include his titles as executive editor of The San Francisco Examiner and later the San Francisco Chronicle.

On February 14, 1998, Bronstein tied the knot with Oscar-nominated actress Sharon Stone.

The pair were married for six years and divorced on January 29, 2004.
