Jaxson Robinson (BYU)

The scoop: Robinson had initially declared for the NBA Draft but also recently entered the transfer portal, keeping his options open. He played for Pope at BYU.
Wooga Poplar (Miami)
Height/Weight: 6-foot-5/197
What to know: 247sports’ Dushawn London reports Kentucky as well as St. John’s, Kansas, Villanova, Temple, Ole Miss, Florida State and Arizona State have made contact with the 6-foot-5 guard. A Philadelphia native, Poplar signed with Miami as a four-star recruit in the class of 2021. He played in 34 games off the bench as a freshman during the 2021-22 season averaging 2.3 points per game as he helped the Hurricanes reach the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament. Poplar started 36 of the 37 games he played in as a sophomore with the Hurricanes during the 2022-23 season and averaged 8.4 points per game, 3.3 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.1 steals while shooting 47.0 percent from the field and 37.5 percent from three. He helped Miami reach the Final Four by scoring 16 points and grabbing six rebounds in an Elite Eight victory over Texas. This past season, Poplar started all 29 games he played in, averaging a career-high 13.1 points per game, 4.8 rebounds and 2.1 assists. He shot 42.6 percent from the field, 38.5 percent from three and 86.4 percent from the free throw line. He scored a season-high 25 points in a victory over La Salle, scored 19 points and grabbed eight rebounds in a loss to Kentucky inside Rupp Arena and logged three double-doubles on the season, including a 13-point, 11-rebound performance in a victory over Georgia.
