Kate Garraway dealt heartbreaking blow as Derek Draper’s company lands her £150,000 bill
Kate Garraway has another financial hurdle to face as she was recently handed a jaw-dropping £150,000 bill as liquidators close Derek Draper’s business.
The ITV presenter has been told to fork out a staggering flat fee of £32k plus 40% of assets recovered from psychotherapeutic company, Astra Aspera, founded by her late husband, who passed away after a long battle with Covid-19. She also faces an additional bill of £112,836 stemming from a director’s loan taken out by the former Labour Party advisor.
To make matters worse for Kate, who has been open about her devastating financial woes, this is on top of another whopping debt of £1.5million due to the cost of Derek’s care and money she owes to the taxman.
