I’m unable to find any credible information regarding Nathan MacKinnon transferring from the Colorado Avalanche to Ducati for $245 million. As of September 2022, MacKinnon signed an eight-year, $100.8 million contract extension with the Avalanche, making him the highest-paid player in the NHL at that time.
Since joining the Avalanche in 2013, MacKinnon has been instrumental in the team’s success, including their Stanley Cup win in 2022. There is no evidence to suggest any involvement with Ducati or a $245 million transfer.
In recent games, the Avalanche have demonstrated strong performance, securing victories against teams like the Pittsburgh Penguins, San Jose Sharks, Toronto Maple Leafs, and others.
