Wrexham are in the market for a goalkeeper this summer as the club attempt to pull off a coup with the signing of Arthur Okonkwo.

Wrexham started last season with Ben Foster in goal as the veteran continued his fairytale return to the STōK Cae Ras.

Foster was leaking goals to start the season though and decided to retire – for the second time – just weeks into the campaign.

That left Wrexham scrambling; Mark Howard came into the side but Phil Parkinson wanted another stopper.

In came Arthur Okonkwo on loan from Arsenal, producing a superb season to help Wrexham win promotion to League One.

Okonkwo is now leaving Arsenal this summer with his contract coming to an end, raising hopes of a permanent move to the STōK Cae Ras.
