Def Leppard, Journey and Steve Miller Announce Summer 2024 Tour.
Journey once released an album titled “Raised on Radio.” And that could just has easily have been the title of their co-headlining Summer Stadium Tour with Def Leppard and Steve Miller Band.
Their concert at Chase Field in Phoenix on Friday, Aug. 23, was a cross-generational hit parade that got off to a stellar start with Miller singing “Swingtown” in a ballpark! and ended some five hours later with Def Leppard leading the crowd in a spirited singalong of “Pour Some Sugar on Me.”
By that point, we’d heard 28 Top 40 hits spanning two decades, from “The Joker” through “Don’t Stop Believin’,” a song the Guardian hailed, for obvious reasons, as “the power ballad that refused to die,” to “Two Steps Behind.” It was the “Rock of Ages” Joe Elliott promised, still rollin’, rock ‘n’ rollin’ after all these years.
Here’s every song the Steve Miller Band played on the Summer Stadium Tour with Def Leppard and Journey at Chase Field in Phoenix on Friday, Aug. 23
This is the compete schedule for Def Leppard and Journey Summer Stadium Tour 2024 with alternating co-headliners Cheap Trick, Heart and Steve Miller Band
