Breaking News: Myrtle Beach man charged with $50k ATM heist…

A 20-year old man was arrested for allegedly robbing a technician who was fixing an ATM at a Bank of America branch in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. When the technician was attempting to fix a jam in the machine, Kendris Boston and another suspect allegedly drove up in a van, told the technician to get out of the way and stole $52,930 in cash cassettes, according to a report by WMBF News.

 

The suspects placed the cash in a truck and drove away to a nearby business.

 

Police say they found Boston’s fingerprints on the rea driver door of the truck used in the robbery. He is currently behind held at J. Reuben Long Detention Center on a $50,000 bail.
